This research aims to find out the influence of transformational leadership styles and work motivation on employee performance at PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk KCP Subang. The methods used in this study are descriptive and verifiative methods. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires with the help of Google form to 32 respondents. The results of this study demonstrate transformational leadership styles and work motivation towards employee performance. Transformational leadership styles have no significant influence on employee performance. And work motivation has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Further discussion of the results of the study can be seen in this study.
