Judul Pengaruh Strategi Kepemimpinan terhadap Performa Pekerja Asing
Abstrak

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi kepemimpinan yang digunakan di Kudo Beach Club Phuket, Thailand, serta mengevaluasi efektivitas strategi tersebut dalam meningkatkan performa pekerja asing. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan secara naratif fenomena sosial yang terjadi melalui interaksi langsung antara peneliti dan subjek penelitian. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 45 responden yang meliputi manajer dan pekerja asing di Kudo Beach Club, termasuk Restaurant Manager, Beverage Manager, dan Entertainment Manager.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara strategi kepemimpinan dan performa pekerja asing. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui analisis regresi linear sederhana yang menunjukkan koefisien regresi positif dan nilai signifikansi di bawah 0,05. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,750 menunjukkan bahwa 75% variasi performa pekerja asing dapat dijelaskan oleh strategi kepemimpinan. Selain itu, hasil uji t secara parsial juga menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan strategi kepemimpinan terhadap performa pekerja asing. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi kepemimpinan yang efektif, seperti perencanaan kerja yang tepat, pemberian motivasi, serta kemampuan dalam mengelola keberagaman tim, sangat berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja pekerja asing di Kudo Beach Club Phuket.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to identify the leadership strategies implemented at Kudo Beach Club Phuket, Thailand, and to evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies in enhancing the performance of foreign workers. The research employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive method, which aims to narratively describe social phenomena through direct interaction between the researcher and the research subjects. The sample consisted of 45 respondents, including managers and foreign workers at Kudo Beach Club, such as the Restaurant Manager, Beverage Manager, and Entertainment Manager.The findings indicate a significant positive relationship between leadership strategy and the performance of foreign workers. This is evidenced by the results of a simple linear regression analysis, which show a positive regression coefficient and a significance value below 0.05. The R Square value of 0.750 suggests that 75% of the variation in foreign workers' performance can be explained by leadership strategies. Furthermore, the partial t-test also shows a significant effect, reinforcing that leadership strategies statistically influence the performance of foreign workers. These findings emphasize that effective leadership strategies—such as proper work planning, motivation, and the ability to manage team diversity—contribute significantly to improving the performance of foreign workers at Kudo Beach Club Phuket.
