ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Departemen Wahana di The Lodge Maribaya’’ Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang bersifat mengkonfirmasi hubungan antara dua atau lebih variabel. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hipotesisnya diuji dengan analisa Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji T, Koefisien Determinasi dan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial menunjukan variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine "The Influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Wahana Department at The Lodge Maribaya'' This type of research is associative, namely a study that asks the relationship between two variables. The number of samples in this study were 35 respondents. By using nonprobability sampling techniques and data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The hypothesis is tested by analysis of validity test, reliability test, T test, coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. And the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables.
