Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran servant leadership, komitmen organisasional dan kinerja karyawan serta pengaruhnya baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif, verifikatif, dan kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel 48 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Berdasarkan hasil penyebaran kuesioner diperoleh bahwa servant leadaership dan komitmen organisasional berada pada ketegori baik dan kinerja berada pada kategori baik. Berdasarkan kesimpulkan dalam penelitian ini, variabel servant leadership (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi service PT.Imperial Putra Perdana (Y).dan variabel komitmen organisasional (X2) berpengaruh postif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi service PT.Imperial Putra Perdana (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the description of servant leadership, organizational commitment and employee performance and their influence, both partially and simultaneously. The method in this research uses descriptive, verification and quantitative with a population and sample of 48 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. Based on the results of distributing questionnaires, it was found that servant leadership and organizational commitment were in the good category and performance was in the good category. Based on the conclusions in this research, the servant leadership variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Imperial Putra Perdana service division employees (Y). and the organizational commitment variable (X2) has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of PT. Imperial Putra Perdana service division employees (Y).
