The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales promotion and price on consumer loyalty WRP diet milk in Borma Cijerah Group. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique of respondents using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is descriptive and associative analysis. The results showed that the level of sales promotion to consumers was good, the level of prices to consumers was good, and the level of consumer loyalty was good. The results showed that sales promotion had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, while price had a negative and significant effect on consumer loyalty
