| Abstrak |
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job insecurity and job autonomy on turnover intention in medical records employees at hospitals. Saint Borromeus. The method used is descriptive and verification methods. Samples taken as many as 33 respondents, the research instrument using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses correlation and multiple regression methods. The results showed that job insecurity had a significant positive effect on turnover intention and job autonomy did not have a significant effect on turnover intention.
