| Abstrak |
The research for knowed the effect of working capital turnover and receviable turnover in profitability Retrun On Asset (ROA) at companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. samples in this study amounted to 47 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in manufacturing companies consumer goods indutry sub-sektor period 2017-2020. Sample selection using purposive sampling. The data used a secondary data obtained from the company’s financial statements. To measure working capital turnover and receviable turnover using activity ratio, While for measuring profitability using Return on Asset (ROA). The research methods used in this study are descriptive statistical methods, correlation analysis and multiple linier regression.
Based on the results of the simultaneous study of working capital turnover and receviable turnover together give a significant influence on profitability.For test results a partial variable working capital turnover in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in manufacturing companies consumer goods indutry sub-sektor period 2017-2020 has a significant effet on profitability. While the partially variable receviable turnover in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in manufacturing companies consumer goods indutry sub-sektor period 2017-2020 did not have a significant effect to profitability.
