This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality (performance, features, reliability, body, aesthetics and design) on consumer satisfaction Pudding Wongcoco in Borma Dakota Bandung with 100 respondents. Analysis and testing of hypotheses used are multiple linear regression methods with research instruments using a questionnaire. The results of research partially performance, features, reliability, dayatahan, aesthetics and design have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and simultaneously performance, features, reliability, endurance, aesthetics and design on customer satisfaction have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction.
