MyCarrier is a Digital Touch Point which aims to enable customers to interact directly with Telkom and to provide convenience for customers to obtain information related to the Wholesale Division business of PT. Telkom quickly. Currently, a new need arises where MyCarrier must provide an excellent customer journey and experience, so it is necessary to develop new interactive menus and functions and change the appearance of the application to be more user friendly. In this development, it is hoped that customers will not only get service information but customers can make transactions such as requesting orders and reporting disturbances that can be done more quickly and easily. In developing the MyCarrier 2.0, the author uses the Waterfall Process Model method so that all details of the system that are already running and the system to be proposed can be compiled and implemented for optimal results. The Waterfall Process approach or method is a systematic and sequential system development model starting at the level and progress of the system at all stages such as analysis, design, code, testing, and maintenance. The mobile application simulation designed and built can function in accordance with the objectives to be achieved, namely the creation of an interactive MyCarrier 2.0 application and has transactional menus such as request orders, create tickets, as well as progress notification functions and live chat. This is a manifestation of the MyCarrier application development process as a Digital Touch Point for the Wholesale Division of PT. Telkom and to provide an excellent customer journey and experience.
